Yes, You Can Have Your Cheesecake and Eat it Too | Giveaway


Dieting can be daunting, chocolate and sugar are just too addictive! So what if I could tell you that you could still have all that but minus the sugar, and more than half the calories! 

Sarah Wilson's Recipe Books 'I Quit Sugar' and 'I Quit Sugar For Life' can help with just that, her books are filled with sugar free recipe's and weekly healthy eating plans. I even had the pleasure of making her 'Choc- Caramel - Chunk and Peanut Butter 'Cheesecake', it is not your average 'cheesecake', it actually has no cheese in it what so ever, and is made from all healthy, organic ingredients.

Just as a warning, this recipe does include nut's and a lot of them, so if you are allergic, please don't be scared off as her books contain many other amazing recipe's that don't include nut's.

This 'Cheesecake' was made from:
Pecan Nuts
Peanuts
Cashew Nuts
Rice Malt Syrup (You may have to find this online)
Avacado
Cocoa Powder
Coconut Cream
Coconut Oil
Butter
Ground Cinnamon
Sugar Free Peanut Butter
Vanilla Extract (I used flavouring)
Granulated Stevia ( This is a sugar supplement)
